Held every Wednesday from 6-7pm, enjoy an engaging flow-based Yoga Class led by Daniel, designed for both dancers and non-dancers of all levels. The first few weeks of the trimester will focus on a slower pace, allowing everyone to comfortably settle into the practice. As the weeks progress, the class will gradually introduce more advanced poses, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Open to all, this class is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The fee is $20 per session, and you’ll find it to be a rewarding experience regardless of your background or fitness level. Come and connect with your body and mind in a supportive and welcoming environment!
